it is made so you peel back the plastic, then fill with the makeup that you are giving away. Then you can reseal the package. After resealed they can have the whole tablette or whatever part you need to cut off to hand them. this can be for a client or anyone who needs the makeup for touch ups or personal use.

It is made to be safe for the planet and go into the compost bin when it is done being used
