Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns for new unused products in sellable condition within 30 days of receiving your order. These new products are eligible for a refund or a gift card.

Shipping on your original order is non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product please take a picture of the package and the damaged goods and send it to customerservice@themakeupaltar.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will reply and send you a return label to quickly resolve this for you. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: If you decide you no longer would like the new/unused product you ordered you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

Mascara, liquid liners, and sage wands are final sale and not eligible for return.
