US Shipping & *Delivery Time Frame
- USPS Standard First Class Free Shipping on orders above $75 takes between 4-8 days
- USPS & UPS Price and time frame is quoted at checkout with many options to choose from. Time frame is not guaranteed as we can't predict un-predictabilities.
*LOCAL’S in store pick available! Usually available within 24 hours expect when we are closed.
*This time frame begins once your order has shipped.
Items don't get processed after 4pm CT. Orders typically ship within 24 hours but may take up to 48 hours to process. This does not include holidays, weekends or times of high volume. Shipping time does not include processing time, holidays, weekends or any delays that the courier may experience.
Packages do not ship from our warehouse on Saturdays or the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
The Makeup Altar by Melanie Mills LLC. is not responsible for shipments that take longer than stated by the USPS or UPS. We are also not responsible for misdelivered, lost or stolen packages and we will not issue refunds or replacements for items stated as delivered but the item is lost or stolen.
Once the item leaves our warehouse the package and its contents become the responsibility of the receiver and all or any claims need to be submitted to the Post Office or delivery service responsible for delivery. Please verify your ship to address and have your package delivered to a safe location that you will receive.
All shipping damages must be reported to the chosen carrier. Please retain all packaging and products, take photos as you may be required to file the claim with the carrier. Damages to the unit carton also known as the product box are not considered damaged merchandise and will not warrant a return or refund of shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping.
Domestic Shipping: All freight is FOB Nashville and goods are sent either US Postal First Class, Priority Mail or UPS. You as the consumer can choose your desired service.
First Class Mail: does not include insurance or guarantee delivery for national or international. Please note that with First Class if the item is lost or stolen a claim cannot be made with the USPS. We will not reimburse for lost or stolen items.
Priority Mail offers insurance up to $100.00 with a guaranteed delivery. Time frame varies and is based on delivery locations. This is not an overnight service.
If USPS looses or damages package you may file a claim you can file a claim and more than likely will be reimbursed but it's not guaranteed. This is not an overnight service.

If the order is more than the covered amount by USPS, The Makeup Altar by Melanie Mills LLC. will not cover or reimburse the balance.
All freight charges are the responsibility of the Receiver. Any lost, stolen, miss-delivered or undeliverable packages are not the responsibility of The Makeup Altar by Melanie Mills LLC. The receiver will need to file a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier and contact the carrier regarding any shipping issues. The Makeup Altar is not responsible for the handling of the shipment by the carrier, we cannot control where the package is delivered. The Makeup Altar by Melanie Mills LLC is not responsible for or can guarantee delivery within the timeline stated by the carrier.
International Shipping *Delivery and time frame

Customs & duty fees are not included at the time of checkout. Your government may require you to pay these fees upon delivery. Choosing not to pay these fees will result in your package being sent back to us in which any additional shipping charges will be removed from the store credit provided to you upon receipt of the returned package.
With international orders, if the carrier reaches out to you for information, please reach out to the service team as soon as possible because there is a timeframe in which customs can hold the order.

Free Shipping Disclaimer
To qualify for free shipping, orders must be placed online through our website. This offer is available only for orders shipped within the continental USA. To receive free shipping, your order subtotal must reach a minimum of $75 USD, excluding sales tax and any additional shipping charges.
The following items are not eligible for free shipping:
- Flammable/hazmat items: Products containing flammable ingredients, combustible materials, or aerosols.
- Oversized Items: Items that are dimensionally large.
- Heavy Items: Products that exceed standard weight limits.
Please note that phone orders and in-store purchases do not qualify for free shipping.
