For meditation practice place the candle in front of the space you want to meditate. Meditate on the rug or somewhere comfortable with pillows. As you light the candle say breath in breath out, breath in breath out, let the peace flow through my body the light guide through my soul, breath in breath out, breath in breath out. Keep saying those words as you continue to light the candle and sit down. A minute after you sit down stop saying the words and sit in the silence.
