Apply the lip liner to your lips as a frame. Then, blend the lip liner toward your lips rather than away to create fuller looking lips. Lastly, apply any gloss on top to get a gorgeous pout.

This product needs a sharpener to keep using it. It's held by a synthetic wood like shell, so it doesn't melt. Therefore, it needs to be sharpened to access more product.
