The low-pigmentation formula creates a temporary red-tinted effect rather than an opaque artificial-blood appearance, helping achieve a more realistic result on camera and in person. Eyeblood is dispensed from its dropper bottle for precise application.

Dispense a small amount of Eyeblood into the eye using the dropper. For the most realistic effect, Kryolan recommends applying it toward the outer corner of the eye along the lower lid. The color effect is temporary and can last for approximately one minute.

For a subtle, realistic effect, start with a small amount and allow the color to develop before adding more. Eyeblood is intentionally low-pigmented, so it creates a translucent bloodshot appearance rather than an opaque blood effect.

Blue, Blood Red: Aqua (Water), Cellulose Gum, PVP, Thiomersal, and may contain: [+/- Red 40 (CI 16035), Blue 1 (CI 42090)].
