The Forever Wear Glitter Base by Lit Cosmetics is the go-to choice for high-impact, long-lasting glitter applications. Designed for “heavy activity,” this formula secures loose glitter, mica, minerals, and powders to the skin in a way that resists sweat, movement, and environmental wear. Yet it maintains a lightweight, flexible feel that doesn’t crack or stiffen. Vegan, cruelty-free, hypoallergenic, and free of parabens, phthalates, and other harsh chemicals, it’s been used by top makeup artists (even by performers in Cirque du Soleil) who need their sparkle to stay put from showtime to afterparty.

Provides full, heavy-duty hold for glitter and loose pigment on skin without dulling the sparkle.
Apply a thin, even layer of the base wherever you want glitter or loose pigment. Use a brush, fingertip, or cotton swab.

While the base is still tacky (not fully dry), press glitter, mica, or powder into the adhesive. Avoid brushing over it once dry.

For heavier or chunkier glitter, apply in small sections to minimize fallout.

Allow to dry completely. When you’re ready to remove, gently massage with an oil-based remover or cleansing oil, then wipe away with a soft cloth or cotton pad.
Use a dark makeup base underneath glitter for richer color payoff with darker glitters. A white base enhances lighter, more reflective shades.
