For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.
For water-proof application, wet brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.

Mix with STEP 1 PRIMER to create a customized, sparkling, skin-finish. For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT DIAMOND POWDER.

I love this shimmer powder. It really adds a pop to my eyelids. And I like the way it’s only got a small hole for the part to come out with a raised edge so you can knock a lot of it off your fingertipbecause it doesn’t take much to really pop those eyes.
