We accept returns for new, unopened products in original sellable condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible items may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit.

Please note:

• Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee apply for change-of-mind returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Mascara, liquid liners, sage wands, and any product that has been opened or unsealed are final sale and not eligible for return.
• EU customers may submit a withdrawal request within 14 days of delivery using the withdrawal button on our store. Opened or unsealed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.
