The "Traynor Lift'' creates a more youthful appearance by lifting the eyes and smoothing the jawline and neck areas. Many professional makeup artists use them to create dramatic beauty looks for fashion magazines and the runway. They're also a great choice for anyone who wants to look extra "pulled together" for a portrait or special event. Double Kits have two of each component for your convenience. Face Strings, Neck Strings, and Invisitapes can also be purchased individually.

Determining Placement:
Stand in front of the mirror and put your fingers in front of your ears. Pull back the skin until the area looks smooth and free of lines. Try the same thing at the neck area and at the eye area. Wherever you decide to “lift,” that’s where you will place the tapes.

Preparation:
The tapes are applied before the face is made up. Use a cotton pad a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol to make sure the areas are dry and free of oil for best adhesion. Prepare the lifts by placing the stem hook that is on the end of the elastic through the hole in the tapes. Do not remove the paper backing until you are ready to apply them to the skin,

Application:
To apply the tapes, remove the protective paper from the tape. Place the adhesive side against the skin at the desired area. Press firmly and rub gently for 10 seconds to assure good contact. Then place the stemhook in the appropriate eyelet to obtain the desired tension or “lift.” A fresh tape should be used each time.

For best results, apply the lift strings on clean, dry skin and use a mirror for precise placement. Blend the elastic under your hair for a seamless, natural-looking lift that lasts all day.
