Pre-Foundation Application:
1) Buff a small amount of powder into clean skin, focusing on oily areas, to act as an oil control primer.

Post-Foundation Application:
1) Use a brush or powder puff to apply the powder over your foundation to set your makeup and blur minor skin imperfections.
